How to Use: Hook the front from the top down on the outermost row, then adjust the shoulder straps to your height. Start with 2 hours the first day, adding an hour daily up to a maximum of 6 hours. Wear a light top underneath. Move to a tighter row only when the current one feels loose.

Warnings:

• Contains natural rubber latex — do not use if you have a diagnosed latex allergy
• Do not wear for more than 6 hours continuously
